It is IMPERATIVE you have valid travel insurance - in particular from the time of your booking - so as to cover any loss of deposit.) *Please note that In the case where a tour does not operate due to insufficient numbers booked on the tour - or the tour is cancelled by Spirit of Remembrance for any other operational reason, the deposit (and any other monies paid to Spirit of Remembrance as payment for your tour) will be FULLY REFUNDED less a small administration/currency processing fee and any supplier charges.)

If booking within 100 working days prior to tour departure, full payment is required at time of booking confirmation. Please contact us to ensure that seats are available prior to making payment.
Please ensure that we have received your final payment a minimum of 100 working days prior to departure. The exact date will be noted on your invoice or simply contact us for the date.
Note: In order to check on the amount you will pay in your home currency when paying in £ GBP, please use the currency converter below - simply click on the link, type in the amount you need converted in your home currency to £ GBP, and you will have a good approximation of the amount you will be paying in your home currency.

Secure encrypted online Worldpay system. Payment is made directly into our UK Pound Trust Bank Account. (Enter amount in £ GBP: You will be charged in your home currency the equivalent amount using the current currency exchange rate at time of transaction)
(* Note: We are charged a processing fee by Worldpay,different fees apply to different Credit Cards (i.e: Visa, Mastercard etc), as well as different fees depending on different banks in different countries. As these fees vary from 2.5-2.85% we will show these actual costs on our invoices as they will be added to the final costs. Under present UK law, we are not allowed to pass these charges onto our clients who live in the UK.

PAY IN YOUR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN SOURCE CURRENCY INTO OUR GBP (£) ACCOUNT: (Converted to £GBP at time of payment) (You MUST CONTACT US first before you use this method of payment - as we have to add an administration fee to your overall booking cost price to cover the cost of bank fees - usually charged by your bank and our bank to use 'bank to bank' transfer costs.) (Please note that *you (*the client) are responsible for ALL bank charges - both home & beneficiary bank fees.)
'Bank to Bank' direct bank transfer (online or at your bank) details are below. This transfer is done using your home country currency direct to our (Spirit of Remembrance) UK Pound bank account. *We recommend you contact your own bank to do this to ensure it is done correctly.)
(*Note that you WILL incur bank charges from your bank (and our bank) for this service with this bank transfer payment method.) *This is why we advise that you MUST contact us first if you use this method of payment so we can calculate (and invoice) your overall cost to pay.) Please note that if you do not do this and pay via bank transfer - and we receive your payment amount less your bank charges - we will invoice you for this EXTRA amount)
