Event Description

2014 marks the Centenary of the First World War, a landmark anniversary for Britain and the world. Come to Belmont House and step back in time to experience what life was like on the frontline. We will have demonstrations and displays reflecting the key aspects of the history in this period. See different WW1 encampments with weapons and equipment on display and much more! Children can take part in drill display and the WW1 army signal school. The house will also be open for guided tours throughout the afternoon.

Admission price for the event is £2.00 per person and free for children (under 12)
